The Marketing Coordinator position will support our brand through programs that rely upon organizational, communication, analytical, creative and detail oriented skills. The role provides the ideal candidate the opportunity to demonstrate these skills through coordinating programs that ensure brand consistency across marketing campaigns, implementing the communication and distribution of marketing initiatives, and reporting on marketing and sales performance.


Primary responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating the development and distribution of  branded elements of marketing campaigns including digital and traditional media (programmatic, direct mail, magazine), social media (organic, paid and influencer programs), sales support (collateral, signage, POS and sales initiatives), and promotions (event, community efforts)

  • Daily interaction with external agencies and internal resources for creative asset development including photography selection, copywriting and product specification communication 

  • Reporting  on the effectiveness of measurable marketing programs and sales initiatives including influencer program, coupon redemption, reviews, customer survey results and budgets

  • Maintaining the co-op marketing budget including allocation of assets, use of funds, vendor approvals, reimbursements and reporting

  • Communicating marketing objectives including monthly programs, vendor promotions, and specific product campaigns ensuring that various stakeholders are informed in a timely manner

  • Tracking and managing the use of sales collateral which includes brochure management, material distribution, and inventory knowledge, ensuring product is ordered and in supply

  • Liaises with sales director, showroom managers and merchandising department on programs

  • Organizes corporate printing programs including sourcing vendors to produce business cards, store collateral, signage and branded promotional materials including apparel giveaways

  • Assists with planning of showroom events and promotional campaigns as needed

  • Performs non-specific roles as needed to meet corporate objectives


Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business administration or management

  • 4 – 6 years marketing experience in retail environment or similar product marketing experience

  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills

  • Skilled in the development & delivery of executive level presentations

  • Proven track record of successful project management of marketing and marketing communication programs

  • Ability to manage and maintain multiple projects at once

  • Excellent problem solving, analytical, communication and people skills

  • Ability to work effectively across the organization, interacting with various stakeholders and contributors

  • Proficient use of G Suite and Microsoft Office Suite

  • Knowledge and skills in graphic design tools such as Photoshop and InDesign preferred
